How It Works
Snap, Ship , Smile!

Simple as Snap, Ship, Smile

1. Send Us Your Favourite Photo
Upload a clear photo of your pet with your order. The better the photo, the better the portrait — we'll share our photo tips to help you get the best result.

2. We Bring Them to Life
Our artists hand-illustrate your pet with care and detail in our signature style. Every whisker, every expression — captured just the way you remember them.

3. Delivered to Your Door
Your finished portrait is professionally printed and shipped straight to you — ready to display, gift, or treasure forever.

Tips for the Perfect Photo

  • Get close — we need to see all their beautiful details

  • Get down to their level for the best angle

  • Natural light works best — near a window or outdoors

  • Sitting or standing poses turn out best

  • Avoid blurry or dark photos
