Due to the custom nature of our pet portrait products, each order is personally created from scratch the moment you place it. Please allow time for our artists to craft your piece before it ships.
SHIPPING TIMES
Canada: Orders typically arrive within 2–3 weeks. During peak holiday periods, please allow up to 4 weeks.
United States, UK, Australia & Europe: We estimate delivery within 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase. During peak holiday seasons, please allow up to 5 weeks. We ship to most countries , please inquire costs and times if not listed.

Free shipping on all orders over $100 within Canada

$10 flat rate on orders under $100 within Canada

$10 flat rate for orders shipping to the United States, UK, Australia, and select European countries
IMPORTANT TO NOTE

Updates or changes to your shipping address must be made within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please review your confirmation email immediately and contact us at hello@heirloompaws.com if a change is needed.

We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.

We cannot ship to Military addresses. If a military address is provided at checkout, we will contact you to request an alternative shipping address.
