Due to the custom nature of our pet portrait products, it takes a bit of time to personalize and create your order from the moment you place it.

Shipping Times

Within the US: Orders typically arrive within 2–3 weeks. Orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks.

Canada, UK, Australia & Europe: Orders typically arrive within 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase. During peak holiday seasons, please allow up to 5 weeks.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all orders over $100 within the US.

Orders under $100 in the USA: $10 flat rate.

Canada, UK, Australia & select European countries: $10 flat rate.

Good to Know

• Address changes must be requested within 30 minutes of placing your order.

• Skip the Line speeds up your artwork creation only — it does not affect courier shipping time.

• We cannot swap or edit photos after an order is placed.

• We do not ship to military addresses.
